Moranghurk Vineyard
Moranghurk’s vineyard of 1.1 hectares was established in 1998 with cool climate Pinot Noir MV6 and Chardonnay. It is now largely managed by Clyde Park who make and bottle the wine under the label Clyde Park Moranghurk.
The 2003 Moranghurk Pinot Noir won gold at the Ballarat Wine Show.
James Halliday awarded the 2017 Pinot 95 points. He describes it as having ‘Dark plum and black cherry fruits, a really, seriously good Pinot’.
Clyde Park sells the vintages from 2017.
We believe that the Moorabool region now produces some of the finest Pinot Noir in Australia.
